Who processes your data

What we collect
Your email address and, if you tell us, your country of origin. We also store the page language, the campaign parameters you arrived with, the referring page and a cryptographic hash of your IP. We do not store your IP in the clear and we never ask for payment details.
What for
To tell you when we launch, switch on your twelve months of Premium, decide which cities and communities to open first, and protect the form from automated sign-ups.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form, plus our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form.
Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers: Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until launch and, at most, twenty-four months after that, unless you unsubscribe earlier.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, object to or port your data by writing to hola@backtoroots.app. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
